Shipping & Returns Policy

  Mark Mallett (Nail It Records) Conditions for Shipping and Returns


We are able to ship to virtually any address in the world via Canada Post.

When you place an order, shipping costs are estimated prior to checkout via Canada Post's real time estimator, based on product dimensions (cm) and weight (grams). Depending on the shipping method you choose, duration of in-transit time to your destination will vary. Please note that we do not have any control over any delays or additional fees (although uncommon) due to possible Customs interception.

From the point of completing your order and confirmation of payment, we endeavour to package and ship your order within 2 - 3 business days of receipt of order. Should there be any unforeseen delay for any reason, you will be promptly notified via email at which time you may choose to cancel your order if necessary. 


You may return most unopened or unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund should you require it. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return or exchange is not due to our error, shipping expenses will be your sole responsibility. Please note that once CD packages have been opened, they are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect that renders them unusable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 12 business days in North America), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account (click on "My Account" at the top of page), view the order by clicking on "Completed Orders" and then click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
